Ramp Services definition

Ramp Services means any services required in connection with Aircraft, or aviation business in a Ramp other than Aircraft Technical Services;
Ramp Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 (Introduction) in Exhibit M (Ramp Plan Terms) of this Agreement.

  • Except as provided in paragraphs 3.1.1, Transient Alert and Ramp Services, and 3.1.2., Terminal and Traffic Services above, other services at military bases, where commercial services are not available, or not available on a timely basis, may be made available to the contractor on an emergency basis only, as determined by the ACO or CA.

  • Accordingly, any delays in the achievement of any Ramp Milestones or any failure by Provider to perform the Ramp Services or deliver Ramp Deliverables in accordance with their applicable specifications is likely to cause irreversible harm to T-Mobile’s business operations.

  • If any services, functions or responsibilities not specifically described in the Ramp Plan (“Ramp Plan”) are an inherent, necessary or customary part of the Ramp Services or are required for proper performance of the Ramp Services in accordance with this Agreement, they shall be deemed to be included within the scope of the Ramp Services as if such services, functions or responsibilities were specifically described in the Ramp Plan.

  • Provider shall perform the Ramp Services described in each Ramp Plan in accordance with the schedules set forth therein.

  • Provider shall perform the Ramp Services so as to avoid or minimize to the extent possible: (i) any disruption to or adverse impact on the on-going business or operations of T-Mobile; and (ii) any disruption or interference with the ability of T-Mobile to obtain the full benefit of the Services.

  • Provider will undertake its best efforts to avoid, work around, or otherwise mitigate any potential delays in the performance of the Ramp Services or achievements of the Ramp Milestones.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, T-Mobile shall not incur any charges, fees or expenses payable to Provider or any third party in connection with the Ramp Services, other than those charges, fees and expenses specified in the Pricing Schedule or the Statement of Work to which the applicable Ramp Plan is attached.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Nursing services means the provision of individual-specific advice, plans, or interventions by a nurse at a home based on the nursing process as outlined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Nursing services differ from administrative nursing services.

  • Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB.
