RAL Fee definition
RAL Fee. For each RAL, an amount equal to the prepaid finance charge amount relating to such RAL. RAL Individual Tax Refund Receiving Sub-Account: As defined in Section 3.04(a).

Payments of the RAL Fixed Rebate amounts pursuant to clause (i) above shall be disbursed within one business day following the approval of each RAL application and payments of amounts of the RAL Fee pursuant to clause (ii) above shall be paid no later than April 15 of each tax year.
These modifications may include, without limitation, changes to the Money Now Fee, the RAL Fee, the RAC Fee, the Money Now credit criteria, or the RAL credit criteria; provided that the Originator consents thereto.
