Rakes definition

Rakes or "cutting of pots" means the taking of a portion of the pot as a fee or other compensation for providing services during a poker game or tournament, including the services of a dealer.
Rakes means and include the rail rakes owned or leased by ALL and the rakes for which rail haulage has been paid by ALL, to be used by ALL to transport a Consignment in accordance with the Contract Documents;
Rakes means and includes the rail rakes owned or leased by Service Provider and the rakes for which rail haulage has been paid by Service Provider, to be used by Service Provider to transport a Consignment in accordance with the Contracting Documents and / or these Terms.
