Raised Curb definition

Raised Curb means a curb, the face of which measures not less than thirteen (13) centimetres in height;
Raised Curb means a raised border along the edge of a roadway forming a right angle to the surface of the roadway;
Raised Curb means a vertical or sloping member along the edge of a pavement forming part of a gutter, and clearly defines the pavement edge to vehicle operators, as is designed as a non-mountable or straight curb which is not intended to provide for the passage of vehicles from the traveled portion of the roadway to the shoulder and/or private property.

  • Permitted Currency means (1) the legal tender of any Group of 7 country (or any country that becomes a member of the Group of 7 if such Group of 7 expands its membership) or (2) the legal tender of any country which, as of the date of such change, is a member of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and has a local currency long-term debt rating of either AAA or higher assigned to it by Standard & Poor's, a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. or any successor to the rating business thereof, Aaa or higher assigned to it by Moody's Investors Service, Inc. or any successor to the rating business thereof or AAA or higher assigned to it by Fitch Ratings or any successor to the rating business thereof;

  • Affected Currency has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.13.

  • Required Currency has the meaning specified in Section 1.16.

  • Approved Currency means Dollars and any Alternative Currency.

  • Designated Currency shall have the same meaning assigned to it in Section 3.12.
