Rainmaker definition

Rainmaker means Rainmaker Resources Ltd., a corporation incorporated under the BCBCA. "Rainmaker Audit Committee" means Chris Healey, Isaac Maresky, and Daniel Caamano.

SECTION 1.36 "Tax Returns" means all reports, returns, declarations, statements or other information required to be supplied to a taxing authority in connection with the Taxes. SECTION 1.37 "Third-Party Claim" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2. SECTION 1.38 "Transferred Contracts" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1. SECTION 1.39 "Transferred Employees" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.12. SECTION 1.40 "Transferred Intellectual Property" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1. SECTION 1.41 "Updates" shall mean additional judicial opinions, rulings, rules, statutes, and regulations that would have been added to the NLL Database or the BR Database in the Ordinary Course of Business by Sellers prior to the Closing Date, are actually added to the NLL Database or the BR Database by Sellers prior to the Closing Date, or are actually added to the NLL Database or the BR Database by Buyer after the Closing Date.
