Rail Lines definition

Rail Lines means the lines of railroad included in the Assets which are owned or operated by Seller.
Rail Lines means any and all rail lines, rail sidings, spurs and switching yards on the Leased Premises and any additions, substitutions, alterations or replacements thereto.
Rail Lines means any rail lines or yard property, whether owned and operated by Seller, any of its Affiliates or any third party, regardless of whether such rail line or yard property is located on or adjacent to the Real Property.
