Rail Contract definition

Rail Contract means that certain Solid Fuel Transportation Contract between Purchaser and the Rail Carrier for the transportation of coal to Plant B▇▇▇▇, Plant Branch, and Plant M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Rail Contract means that certain Rail Transportation Agreement between PURCHASER and CSX Transportation. Inc., which applies to Shipments under this Agreement.
Rail Contract means that certain Transportation Agreement, dated as of March 15, 2005, between Company and Antofagasta Railway Company PLC, as amended, restated or modified from time to time.

  • In the event that PURCHASER terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 7.4, 7.5, or 10.1, then SELLER shall reimburse PURCHASER for all charges or costs actually incurred by PURCHASER under the Rail Contract as a result of the termination of this Agreement.

  • Other than the Rail Contract, Seller has provided the Buyer with true, complete and correct copies of or access to all Material Contracts (other than oral contracts with customers entered into in the ordinary course) and all extensions, amendments and schedules thereto.
