  • The meetings shall cover at least the current performance of the 2021 WM National Rail Contract and a forward look to strategically important matters over the forthcoming 12 months and shall be responsible for the matters set out in Schedule 2.

  • In the event that PURCHASER terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 7.4, 7.5, or 10.1, then SELLER shall reimburse PURCHASER for all charges or costs actually incurred by PURCHASER under the Rail Contract as a result of the termination of this Agreement.

  • Other than the Rail Contract, Seller has provided the Buyer with true, complete and correct copies of or access to all Material Contracts (other than oral contracts with customers entered into in the ordinary course) and all extensions, amendments and schedules thereto.
