Rafting Activities definition

Rafting Activities means the raft or boat trip plus, before, during or after the raft or boat trip, anything related to or connected with the raft or boat trip including, but not limited to; use or occupation of Rafting Equipment and Facilities (as hereinafter defined); orientation and instruction sessions; direct and indirect communication (including electronic) and physical and non-physical interaction with and between any and all participants and the Operator; recording, editing and publishing participants’ image and voice; all transportation or travel; loading, unloading, entering, occupying or using Rafting Equipment and Facilities and land of the Province; and all other activities on or near the water.
Rafting Activities means the raft or boat trip, plus before during or after the raft or boat trip, anything related to or connected with the raft or boat trip including, but not limited to; use or occupation of Rafting Equipment (defined hereinafter); orientation and instruction sessions, if any; direct and indirect communication (including electronic) and physical and non-physical interaction with and between any and all participants and the Releasee; all transportation or travel; loading, unloading, entering, occupying or using Rafting Equipment and land of the Province; and all other activities on or near the water.
Rafting Activities means the raft or boat trip, including but not limited to before, during or after the raft or boat trip, anything related to or connected with the raft or boat trip, including the use or occupation of a raft, boat, life vests, apparel, trailers, computers, cameras, mobile phones, software, websites or other forms of communication, any structures (such as loading ramps) used by the Participant, as well as including orientation, training or instruction sessions, if any, direct or indirect (verbal, written or electronic) communication, physical or non-physical interaction with and between any and all participants and the Participant, all transportation or travel, loading, unloading, entering, occupying or using rafting equipment and land of the Province of Alberta, and all other activities on or near the water. I understand that this Agreement is made for the benefit of Riverside Rafting Ltd. (“Riverside”), and their respective partners, directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, independent contractors, sponsors, subcontractors, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”). I understand and acknowledge that in consideration of permitting me or the represented minor/adult to participate in Rafting Activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Examples of Rafting Activities in a sentence

More Definitions of Rafting Activities

Rafting Activities shall include all activities in any way related to the river rafting/kayaking trip and all other recreational activities offered by the Releasees including, but not limited to, orientation and instruction sessions, transportation or travel to and from the river, loading and unloading of vehicles, rafts, kayaks and boats, camping, backpacking, fishing, hiking, backcountry travel and all recreational activities offered.

Related to Rafting Activities

  • Competing Activities means the same or similar services as Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd is providing to the Restaurant under this Agreement or other activities having a similar purpose.

  • Interfering Activities means (A) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any Person employed by, or providing consulting services to, any member of the Company Group to terminate such Person’s employment or services (or in the case of a consultant, materially reducing such services) with the Company Group; (B) hiring any individual who was employed by the Company Group within the six (6) month period prior to the date of such hiring; or (C) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any Business Relation to cease doing business with or reduce the amount of business conducted with the Company Group, or in any way interfering with the relationship between any such Business Relation and the Company Group.

  • Contracting activity for DoD also means elements designated by the director of a defense agency which has been delegated contracting authority through its agency charter. DoD contracting activities are listed at PGI 202.101.
