Examples of Radius Returns in a sentence

  • Except as disclosed in Schedule 3.8, there is no pending Tax audit or other administrative proceeding or court proceeding with regard to any Taxes or Radius Returns nor has there been any notice to Radius by any Taxing authority regarding any such Tax audit or other proceeding, or, to the Knowledge of Radius, is any such Tax audit or other proceeding threatened with regard to any Taxes or Radius Returns.
