Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit definition
Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit means an integrated circuit that contains ▇▇▇▇▇ Design Information and/or ▇▇▇▇▇ Patents and Mask Work Rights, and shall include integrated circuits that have a mode of operation that does not require a battery or power supply for their operation (all power comes from the radio frequency signal from the antenna), although such integrated circuits may have more than one mode of operation.
