  • A written agreement which does not bear the required signatures of the above mentioned authorities of both Rader and FTI shall be ineffective.

  • Rader will inspect and take necessary steps to repair the ▇▇▇▇ting railcar structures to make them suitable for rebuilding in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
