Racing Officials definition
Racing Officials means Claiming Secretary, Equipment Inspector, Chart Caller, Gate Driver, Starter, Tote Room Technician, Paddock Judge, Timer, and any other position in the bargaining unit which is required by an external statutory agency to have certain qualifications, licenses or registration. Positions that fall within the definition of “Racing Officials” shall be excluded from operation of Article 11.05 (Job Posting) and such other articles as may be agreed.
