Race Car definition

Race Car means any vehicle powered by an internal combustion engine that generates engine or exhaust noise in excess of 85 dBA measured at 100 feet from the source of the noise.
Race Car means a Top Fuel drag race vehicle designated as the "Budweiser King Prolong Top Fuel Dragster", owned and operated by Owner and entered in all Races.
Race Car means a Funny Car drag race vehicle designated as the “Monster Energy/▇▇▇▇▇ Oil Funny Car,” owned and operated by Owner and entered in the Races.

  • PROMOTER further agrees to notify NASCAR of any private race car testing and/or practice done at the Facility at any time, pursuant to and in accordance with the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series Private Race Car Testing Policy in effect at the time.

  • Renter shall not engage in reckless or dangerous operation of the Race Car.

  • No Smoking of any kind shall be allowed in the Race Car, Including, but not limited to the smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or pipes.

  • Owner will provide all tires necessary for Race Car during the term of this agreement.

  • Owner may recall the Race Car at any time and provide a substitute vehicle of the same racing formula and in similar condition.
