RAC FEE definition

RAC FEE means the total fee paid by a Customer to Originator for a RAC, which term includes the fees referred to by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as the “ACR Fee” and the “ADD Fee”.
RAC FEE means the fee as set forth in Schedule 14.6(a) and Schedule 14.6(b) to the Retail Distribution Agreement, or Schedule 7.8 to the Digital Distribution Agreement, as applicable, paid by the Originator to the Block Company specified to the Originator by the Block Companies, or any of their respective Affiliates, or to the applicable Franchisee, for each Disbursement pursuant to the Refund Anticipation Check Service.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.
