RAAC definition

RAAC has the meaning set forth in the preface above.
RAAC means the Republican Antiepidemic Antiepizootic Committee of the Recipient or any successor or successors thereto.
RAAC means Corporation Real Assurance Acceptation and its predecessors and successors.

Examples of RAAC in a sentence

  • In the event RAAC receives two or more applications from abutting property owners proposing to use the property for a side yard, parking, or similar use and RAAC has not yet executed a Conditional Agreement of Sale with an applicant for the property, RAAC will close all applications for the property and provide the applicants the opportunity to prepare a mutually agreeable, feasible plan and submit a new application to RAAC.

  • If RAAC receives another application for the same property at any point prior to the execution of the Conditional Agreement of Sale, RAAC will review the subsequent application in accordance with the Program’s policies and determine whether RAAC will proceed with one of the applications or decline to proceed with any application.

  • COMPLETION OF PLANS After RAAC conveys a property to an applicant, the applicant will have a pre-determined amount of time to complete the plans for the property that the applicant specified in Section III of the application and/or any other supplemental materials.

  • B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • Closing Consideration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Closing Stock Price means the Stock Price as of the last day of any Performance Measurement Period.

  • AcquisitionCo means Diebold Holding Germany Incorporated & Co. KGaA a German partnership limited by shares (Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien - KGaA) that is a Wholly Owned Restricted Subsidiary of the Company and whose general partner is the Company.

  • Holdco has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Transferred Equity means the equity interest in the Company which the WFOE has the right to request either of the Company Shareholders to transfer to it or its designated entity or individual in accordance with Article 3 hereof when the WFOE exercises its Equity Transfer Option, the quantity of which may be all or part of the Option Equity and the specific amount of which shall be determined by the WFOE at its sole discretion in accordance with the then-effective PRC Law and based on its commercial consideration.

  • Sale Consideration means the value of the H-1 Bid and accepted and approved by BSNL for the Said Land Parcel in its Acceptance Letter.
