R4 means : the result of the indexing for 2008-2009 and the amount to be indexed for 2009-2010. R5 means : the result of the indexing for 2009-2010 and the amount to be indexed for 2010-2011. The part of each indexing formula in parenthesis is the indexing factor.
R4 means: the result of the indexing for 2015-2016 and the amount to be indexed for 2016-2017.
