R-WAP definition

R-WAP means Registrar’s web-based application platform accessible at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇, instituted as an optional mechanism in accordance with the SEBI Circulars for accessing/ submitting online Application Forms by resident Investors. This platform is instituted only for resident Investors, in the event such Investors are not able to utilize the ASBA facility for making an Application despite their best efforts;
R-WAP means the Registrar’s web based application platform accessible at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇, instituted as an optional mechanism in accordance with SEBI circular bearing reference number SEBI/HO/CFD/DIL2/CIR/P/2020/78 dated May 6, 2020, for accessing/ submitting online Application Forms by resident Investors;
R-WAP means the Registrar’s web-based application platform. “Regulation S” shall mean Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act.

  • Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 76 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations read with the SEBI Rights Issue Circulars, all Applicants including Renouncees desiring to make an Application in this Issue are mandatorily required to use either a) the ASBA process or b) the optional mechanism instituted only for resident Investors in this Issue, i.e., R-WAP.

  • Applications submitted to anyone other than the Designated Branch of the SCSB or using R-WAP are liable to be rejected.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service means interconnection service provided by Transmission Provider associated with interconnecting the Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility to Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and enabling that Transmission System to receive electric energy and capacity from the Generating Facility at the Point of Interconnection, pursuant to the terms of the Interconnection Service Agreement and, if applicable, the Tariff.
