R-14 definition

R-14. The provisions of the first and third paragraphs of Section 14 shall not apply to any claim, loss, theft, damage, injury or other matter arising out of or in connection with any breach of Landlord’s obligations, or arising out of or in connection with the negligence of Landlord, its agents, employees or contractors. In case any action or proceeding be brought against Tenant by reason of any obligation on Landlord’s part to be performed under the terms of this Lease, or arising from any act or negligence of Landlord, or of its agents or employees, Landlord, upon notice from Tenant, shall defend the same at Landlord’s expense by counsel reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.

  • HUC 14 or "hydrologic unit code 14" means an area within which water drains to a particular receiving surface water body, also known as a subwatershed, which is identified by a 14-digit hydrologic unit boundary designation, delineated within New Jersey by the United States Geological Survey.
