R-12 definition

R-12 means a school conducting courses of study that include both primary and secondary years of study.
R-12. The provisions of Section 12 shall not apply to an assignment or sublease to Royal American Corporation, provided however that Tenant is a wholly-owned subsidiary of such corporation. In the event of Landlord’s election to terminate this Lease pursuant to the provisions of Section 12, Tenant may withdraw its request for Landlord’s consent to such assignment or subletting, and Landlord’s election to terminate this Lease shall thereupon become null and void.
