Where the Subcontractor fails to fulfil its data protection obligations under such written agreement, Qwerti shall remain fully liable to Customer for performing the Subcontractor's obligations.

Qwerti shall also be entitled to furnish any information relating to the Customer’s account and compliance with the Contract to any registered credit bureau.
Qwerti may assign some or all of its rights and obligations hereunder to any third party of its choice, in its sole discretion, and without the Customer's consent.
Should Qwerti determine and inform the Customer that the disputed amount was billed correctly, such payment, together with interest at the Interest Rate, shall be paid by no later than the Due date of the next invoice.
