QUOTED MARGIN RATE definition
QUOTED MARGIN RATE means the percentage of the Market Value per PSA Share which a Qualifying Broker agrees, as of the date of the Qualifying Broker Letter, to commit to lend to SMA upon the security of the PSA Shares Escrow.
