Quote and Order Form means the document received by the Service User which sets out the calculation of the Charges to be paid by the Service User in return for the provision of the Services;

The cost for a Subscription Plan, its extension or renewal, additional User Licenses, and other Items are specified in the TRAFx Quote and Order Form.
Prices for Items are valid for 90 days from the date on the TRAFx Quote and Order Form, unless stated in writing otherwise.
This Agreement enters into force on upon signing of the Quote and Order Form and remains in during the Term stipulated in the Quote and Order Form.
