Quotationer definition

Quotationer means the persons, the firm or company who quotation for the work with a view to execute the works on the contract with the RDSO and shall include "their representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
Quotationer means any firm participating in this tender. The word Quotationer when used in the pre award period shall be synonymous with Quotationer or operator or service provider, and when used after award of the Contract shall mean the successful Quotationer or operator or service provider with whom CNLU signs the agreement for rendering of services for Supply & Installation of IP based CCTV Camera and other related items at designated location inside Campus of CNLU, Patna, Bihar.
Quotationer means the eligible and qualified Original Equipment Manufacturers / Authorized Distributors/ Authorized Dealers/ Firm/Retailer.
