Quotation Bank definition

Quotation Bank means: (a) with respect to the Nieuw Amsterdam Ownership Group, Rabobank, (b) with respect to the Atlantic Ownership Group, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank New York Branch and (c) with respect to each other Ownership Group that may become a party hereto from time to time by the execution of an Assignment and Acceptance, the bank specified as such in such Assignment and Acceptance.
Quotation Bank means such financial institution(s) nominated by the Investors; “Redemption Premium” has the meaning given to it in the CB Instrument; “Regulation S” has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.3 (Regulation S);

Related to Quotation Bank

  • Quotation Agent means the Reference Treasury Dealer appointed by the Company.

  • Quotation Date means, in relation to any period for which an interest rate is to be determined under any provision of a Finance Document, the day which is 2 Business Days before the first day of that period, unless market practice differs in the London Interbank Market for a currency, in which case the Quotation Date will be determined by the Agent in accordance with market practice in the London Interbank Market (and if quotations would normally be given by leading banks in the London Interbank Market on more than one day, the Quotation Date will be the last of those days);

  • London Banking Day means any day on which dealings in Dollar deposits are conducted by and between banks in the London interbank eurodollar market.

  • Automated Clearing House or “ACH” means a national and governmental organization that has authority to process electronic payments, including, but not limited to, the national automated clearing house association and the federal reserve system.

  • Quotation means the offer letter and quotation provided separately to Customer.
