quota system definition
quota system means a system whereby chicken producers are allotted quotas by the Board or the Commodity Board thus enabling the Commodity Board to fix and determine the quantity, if any, in which chicken of any variety, class or grade thereof may be marketed in intraprovincial trade by each chicken producer and by all chicken producers.
