QUIT DATE definition
QUIT DATE means the date the client has committed to stop smoking.
QUIT DATE means 19 December 2003 or such later date as TABCORP and Jupiters agree in writing.

Exit Date means the date on which the employer becomes an exiting employer; and
Issuer Call Commencement Date means the first Business Day following the three year period from and including the Issue Date;
Allowance Date means the date on which a Claim becomes an Allowed Claim.
Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.
Late Retirement Date means the first day of the month coinciding with or next following a Participant's actual Retirement Date after having reached his Normal Retirement Date.
