QuickPay definition

QuickPay means an electronic system of transfers and/or payments and is a service provided to Users of 1bank, otherwise known as "QuickPay".
QuickPay means the process whereby Merchant initiates a payment using WeChat Pay by scanning the QR code on the user's device to process payment and enable the user to purchase goods and/or services sold in the Merchant’s offline store;
QuickPay provision for attorneys' fees, subject to a mutually satisfactory undertaking by Berg▇▇ & ▇ont▇▇▇▇, ▇.C. to repay such fees with interest if later modified or reversed. The quick pay provision shall provide that plaintiffs' counsel will be paid their awarded attorneys, fees and costs two days after entry of District Court orders approving the settlement and awarding counsel fees and costs.
