Quicket Solutions Software and Services means the Software and the Quicket Solutions cloud-based hosted service for access to the Quicket web-based and mobile applications as specified in the applicable Schedule, purchase order or other ordering document.

Customer will have access to all Documentation related to the Quicket Solutions Software and Services as set forth in the purchase order.
The Documentation will describe the functionality and capabilities of the Quicket Solutions Software and Services including without limitation material information required for installation, implementation and support of the same.
Notwithstanding the disclaimers set forth in the immediately preceding sentence, Quicket specifically warrants that the Equipment is fit for use with the Quicket Solutions Software and Services, as defined in the Agreement.
