QUICK SHOP definition

QUICK SHOP means any small retail commercial or service establishment offering goods/services primarily to the residents of a particular multi-family complex, mobile home park or similar development.

Related to QUICK SHOP

  • Quick Assets means, at any date as of which the amount thereof shall be determined, the consolidated cash, cash-equivalents, accounts receivable and investments, with maturities not to exceed 90 days, of Borrower determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Quick Ratio means, with respect to Lessee at any time, the ratio, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, of:

  • Consolidated Capitalization Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Indebtedness to (b) Consolidated Capital.

  • Dilution Horizon Ratio means, as of any Cut-off Date, a ratio (expressed as a decimal), computed by dividing (i) the aggregate sales generated by the Originators during the Calculation Period ending on such Cut-Off Date, by (ii) the Net Pool Balance as of such Cut-Off Date.

  • Consolidated Senior Leverage Ratio means, for any date of determination (i) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness on such date of determination (excluding the Unsecured Note Indebtedness) to (ii) Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA for the applicable period of four consecutive fiscal quarters.
