QUICK ENGINE CHANGE KIT definition
QUICK ENGINE CHANGE KIT means those Parts which allow an engine to be connected to an aircraft.
Value engineering change proposal (VECP) means a proposal that--
parent engine means an engine selected from an engine family in such a way that its emissions characteristics will be representative for that engine family;
Business Continuity Event means any event or issue that could impact on the operations of the Supplier and its ability to provide the Services including an influenza pandemic and any Force Majeure Event;
Fixed wing turbine powered aircraft means an aircraft that:
Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.
