Quest Group means Quest and its Subsidiaries.
Quest Group means, collectively, QRC, Ponderosa, PSI, Quest Oil & Gas, QES, STP Cherokee, J-W Gas and their respective Subsidiaries other than Borrower and Bluxxxem.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.
