Quest Claim definition
Quest Claim means shall mean any claims based upon, related to or arising in connection with the facts or circumstances that caused the entry to be made of the liability identified on the Closing Date Balance Sheet as the “Old BellSouth/Quest Payable” and is reflected in the case styled “Quest Communications Corporation, Inc. v. EON Streams, Inc. pending in Chancery Court, ▇▇▇▇ County, Tennessee (Docket Number 160386-2).
