Query Management System definition

Query Management System means the online database maintained by the Supplier for registering Queries and Complaints from customers. Race Equality Scheme means the scheme established by the Customer in accordance with the Race Relations Act 1976 (as amended from time to time).
Query Management System means the system used by Ruptela to record Enquiries, to provide information to Clients on the course of Technical assistance and other Technical assistance issues.
