  • Casual Employees accept that Qube makes no advance commitment to continuing and indefinite work according to any agreed pattern of work for casual Employees.

  • If an event of force majeure occurs, Qube may suspend or terminate the Agreement by written notice to you.

  • You acknowledge that Qube is not liable for the care or safekeeping of any property removed from any Goods and/or Hire Equipment.

  • For this purpose, you irrevocably licences Qube to enter such premises and also indemnify Qube from and against all costs, claims, demands or actions by any party arising from such action.

  • Seaplane means a fixed wing aircraft which is designed for taking off and landing on water and includes amphibians operated as seaplanes;
