Quarterly Summary definition

Quarterly Summary means the summary of the performance by the Contractor to be provided by the Contractor to the DCC pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of Part F (Performance Monitoring) of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Measures and Monitoring);
Quarterly Summary means a written summary compiled by the supported living coach of the activities that took place during each quarter, including the individual’s progress toward achieving support plans goals. The third quarterly summary can be used as the annual report.
