Quarterly Performance Report definition

Quarterly Performance Report means each quarterly report to be delivered by the Developer in accordance with Section 9.6 (Quarterly Performance Reporting) in the form of and complying with the requirements of Exhibit 5 (Performance Reports), Part B (Quarterly Performance Report).
Quarterly Performance Report. The Contractor shall submit to IDOA a quarterly performance report on the 15th of each month, documenting the degree to which the Contractor met the performance metrics outlined in Section 1.4.14 over the past month.
Quarterly Performance Report shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 6.2 hereof.

More Definitions of Quarterly Performance Report

Quarterly Performance Report has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.3 of Schedule 1.
Quarterly Performance Report will mean the specific report, delivered to Client for each Calendar Quarter, which contains CONEXIS’ actual performance against each Performance Standard for Client. The Quarterly Performance Report will be formatted as CONEXIS deems appropriate.

Related to Quarterly Performance Report

  • Financial Performance Covenants means the covenants of the Borrower set forth in Sections 6.10 and 6.11.

  • Quarterly Period the period of three months commencing on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October.

  • Performance evaluation means evaluation of work and program participation as well as other areas of behavior.

  • Performance Metrics means criteria established by the Administrator relating to any of the following, as it may apply to an individual, one or more business units, divisions, or Affiliates, or on a company-wide basis, and in absolute terms, relative to a base period, or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies, peer groups, or an index covering multiple companies:

  • Additional Performance Security means the Bank Guarantee to be submitted by Successful Bidder in accordance with Clause 8.7 of this RFP Document

  • Performance Cash means any cash incentives granted pursuant to Article 9 payable to the Participant upon the achievement of such performance goals as the Committee shall establish.

  • Quarterly means the 4 inclusive periods from 1 April to 30 June, 1 July to 30 September, 1 October to 31 December and in the following year, 1 January to 31 March;

Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);
