Quantitative Assessment definition

Quantitative Assessment means an analysis of a PF for which BRC has been provided adequate information in the relevant quarter based on BRC’s quantitative analysis of various risk and return metrics, as such metrics and analysis methodologies are - mutually agreed to by the parties.
