Quality Survey definition

Quality Survey is the percent of customer surveys with a response grade of "very satisfied," "satisfied" and "neither dissatisfied or satisfied". "LSR/Records" will be measure the interval from the time the appropriate step is opened in OES until the associated step is closed.

Related to Quality Survey

  • Quantity Surveyor means a duly qualified quantity surveyor of at least five (5) year’s experience in the assessment of building material and construction costs.
