Quality Statement definition
Quality Statement. It contains information on product specifications, minimum order quantity, delivery notes, status of customer’s materials, status of finished and semi-finished products, and other information of the products entrusted by Party A to Party B for manufacturing.
Quality Statement means the Quality Statement executed by the parties and attached hereto as Appendix E, and incorporated hereing by this reference, as revised by the written agreement of the parties from time to time, which shall describe the regulatory and compliance roles and responsibilities of both PDL and ICOS.
Quality Statement shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.3.

The Quality Plan incorporates the proposals in the Quality Statement and should be sufficiently detailed to demonstrate how the Service Provider will achieve each of the commitments in the Quality Statement and meet the Customer’s objectives for this Framework Agreement and the requirements specified in this Schedule.
