Quality Specification definition

Quality Specification means the Natural Gas quality specification contained in the Storage Connection Agreement;
Quality Specification means in respect of each coal quality parameter set out in the first column of Table 3, the specification stipulated in the fourth column of Table 3, with which Contract Coal and/or Qualifying Alternative Coal Delivered by the Supplier to Eskom in terms of this Agreement must comply;

  • Suppliers falling short of Premium Quality Specification in relation to temperature will be required to implement and document an appropriate action plan to ensure that future Milk supply meets Premium Quality Standards.
