Quality Representative definition

Quality Representative means the individual named as a Quality Representative in the Work Order and/or in any Quality Agreement signed by both parties.

Quality Representative means a representative from each Party primarily responsible for the quality assurance (“QA”) or quality control (“QC”) of Services and Product and identified in Attachment 1 to the Quality Agreement. Such Quality Representatives may be changed at any time with written notice provided to the other Party.
