Quality Managers definition

Quality Managers means the person nominated in writing by CLEARSIDE BIOMEDICAL and the person nominated in writing by GERRESHEIMER who will be responsible for quality matters relating to this Agreement (and such persons as may from time to time be substituted by either Party for such persons).

  • Notwithstanding Schedule O of the Agreement, for the Term of this Letter, the charges for HR, IT, Training, and Quality Managers will no longer be invoiced on a span-base but will be invoiced at a fixed annual rate of $[**] per FTE on a monthly basis, in arrears, pro-rated as appropriate for the applicable month.

  • Provider shall ensure that all Training Managers and Training Quality Managers utilize the Training Manager Toolkit to manage, observe, assess and monitor Trainer performance.

Related to Quality Managers

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Quality System means documented organizational procedures and policies: internal audits of those policies and procedures: management review and recommendation for quality improvement.”

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
