Quality Guarantee definition

Quality Guarantee means that the goods will be eligible for a period of warranty, to be used for the agreed or usual purpose, or maintain agreed or usual characteristics.
Quality Guarantee has the meaning assigned to Garantia de Calidad in the Public Works Contract.
Quality Guarantee. The Contractor shall issue guarantees in favour of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the amount of 3% of the Consideration for the performance of the Contractor’s obligations under the Construction Agreement in respect of the quality assurance of the works in the following manner:

Examples of Quality Guarantee in a sentence

  • Quality Guarantee Period for any Contract Commodity/part of Contract Commodity which becomes unusable due to the rectification of any Defect shall be suspended for the duration of such rectification.

  • Quality Guarantee Period for repaired/replaced Commodity and/or part of the Commodity shall not be less than 18 months from the date of repair or replacement, and it will in no case extend beyond 36 months after the date of the Mechanical Completion.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the Special Terms and Conditions of the Contract, the Final Settlement Application Form shall clearly list the Quality Guarantee Deposit, deductible Quality Guarantee Deposit and the increased and reduced expenses during the Defects Liability Period.

Quality Guarantee provisions as set forth above, Buyer shall notify Seller, providing information concerning the defect(s). Unless such defect is determined to be the result of a specification, drawing, or modification, provided by Buyer, then Seller shall (a) repair or replace defective Products or credit Buyer at Buyer's option, and (b) reimburse Buyer's documented expenses related to such defective Product, including labor, materials and shipping expenses.
