Quality Control Supervisor means the individual or entity employed by the Claims Office to establish procedures to assure accurate and consistent application of Claims eligibility criteria and processing protocols. This Quality Control Supervisor may be the same individual or entity that is employed by the MDL 926 Claims Office to perform data management and quality control functions.
