Quality Component definition

Quality Component means one (1) of the four (4) components of the MLR Incentive Adjustment, comprising 2% points of the default 5% point adjustment, and based on clinical quality measures in Table QC2.
Quality Component means for Performance Years prior to Performance Year 2023, the PBIP-specific measure of the MDPCP Practice Site’s performance on the quality measures described in Article 9.4(c) of the Third Amended and Restated MDPCP Practice Participation

  • The MLR Incentive Adjustment will consist of four (4) additive components: a Quality Component (up to two (2) percentage points), a WA HBE Component (up to one (1) percentage point), a VBP Adoption Component (up to one (1) percentage point), and a VBP Significance Component (up to one (1) percentage point).

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.
