Qualifying Trustee definition
Qualifying Trustee has the meaning specified in Section 1305 of this Indenture.
Qualifying Trustee means any Trustee who is not an interested person (as defined in the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇) of the Trust and is not a party to the proceeding.
