Qualifying provider definition

Qualifying provider means a provider that is paid based on an incentive compensation arrangement.
Qualifying provider means one of the following entities that is not a public school and is autonomous and not an agent of the state, in accordance with Section 53F-6-406:
Qualifying provider means a regulated provider whose debt portfolio, as at the date of that provider's most recently published audited financial statements, has a weighted average original tenor greater than 5 years.
