Qualifying Households means households whose annual Incomes do not exceed the elected area median family income set-aside required in the Code.

  • This Agreement shall be recorded within ten (10) days of the Effective Date in the Official Records of Riverside County, California, as senior, non-subordinate covenants and as an encumbrance running with the land for the full Term of this Agreement and shall pass to and be binding upon Owner and all parties having any interest in the Project and/or the Property for the benefit of City and Qualifying Households.
