Qualifying Hours definition

Qualifying Hours means all hours from 07:00 to 23:00 EST on Business Days, or such other continuous 16-hour period over a maximum of five (5) days in any calendar week as may be prescribed by the Buyer from time to time, provided that the Buyer shall be entitled to exercise the right to prescribe a revised continuous 16-hour period on designated days to constitute Qualifying Hours upon ninety (90) days’ prior written notice up to two times in each Contract Year.
Qualifying Hours means hours of professional development activities which satisfy current criteria as approved by Council;
Qualifying Hours means continuing education hours that satisfy part 3 of these rules.

  • Any Force Majeure that is claimed by the Supplier and accepted by the IESO during the Commitment Period shall reduce the Monthly Contract Capacity for the portion of the Qualifying Hours and the portion of the Contract Capacity for the Facility that is subject to an Outage arising from such confirmed Force Majeure event (the “ Force Majeure Capacity Reduction Factor”) which will be applied to the Monthly Contract Capacity for purposes of calculating the Adjusted Monthly Contract Capacity.
