Qualified Panels definition
Qualified Panels means solar Modules that achieve Module efficiency of at least [***]% for Seller-standard [***] Modules and a mutually-agreed percentage for [***] Modules (which Tesla estimates to be approximately [***]%) unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.
Qualified Panels has the meaning set forth on Schedule 2.16.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Seller represents and warrants that the Goods shall be Qualified PV Cells and Qualified Panels (as applicable) throughout the Warranty Period.
